I contratti "di servizi". Contributo allo studio del sotto-tipo

In contracts with companies, models defined as ‘service contracts’ are becoming increasingly common, in which the performance of the company, which consists in the performance of an activity, in the realisation of a utility, in the satisfaction of a need, is not performed instantaneously, but is protracted over time by the will and in the interest of the contracting parties. The A.'s objective is to offer a systematic framing of these figures, verifying their ascribability to the types described by the legislator - contracting and administration - and their compatibility with the general categories, through the evaluation of the economic operation and regulation of contractual events. At the end of the book, a reconstruction of the service contracts is proposed, in the presence of the prerequisites identified, within the contract contract and, in particular, the sub-type service contract of duration, with the identification of the applicable discipline, above all, at the level of the protection of the relationship.
