Since 2023, a project has been underway at the PhD in Digital Humanities at the University of Genoa aimed at digitizing the correspondence of a Corsican family between the late 19th and early 20th centuries; it includes multidisciplinary activities, including the identification of the places of the correspondence in a geodatabase and their publication on the project website. The critical analysis of this kind of data allows us to reflect on the exchanges within the island and with the continent and to build a historical and local map of life in Corsica.

Abstract
