MODULO JEAN MONNET EUTIMIST: EU TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURES, MULTIMODALITY, INTERCONNECTION, SUSTAINABILITY AND TECHNOLOGY 2022-2025 DIRITTO DEL TRASPORTO MARITTIMO DI PERSONE, DELLE CROCIERE E DEL TURISMO: PROGETTI DI STUDIO DEGLI STUDENTI

This book collects study projects elaborated by students attending the academic activities the Jean Monnet Module EUTIMIST - “EU Transport Infrastructures, Multimodality, Interconnection, Sustainability and Technology”, 2022-2025, cofounded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (project code: 101085129, ERASMUS-JMO-2022- Module). The Module Jean Monnet EUTIMIST is located within the Master Degree Course in “Maritime and Port Economics and Management” (LM-77) and provided at the Department of Economics, University of Genoa. According to a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach, the Module introduced students to knowledge and analysis of the main economic, legal, environment and technology issues related to the implementation, availability, management, accessibility to transport infrastructures and telematic applications of Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) that aims at promoting interconnection and interoperability between national transport networks of the EU Member States. The Module also considered multimodality, sustainability and energy issues related to EU transport infrastructures. The Module consisted of a specialized blended course, 48 hrs for 3-year (lectures), carried out in Italian language (English language on demand) by 20 lecturers of Italian and foreign Universities. The Module’s programme was divided in four sections: 1. EU Transport Infrastructure Law; 2. EU Transport Infrastructure Economics; 3. EU Transport Infrastructure Environment; and 4. EU Transport Infrastructure Technology. The Module also consisted of other blended or online complementary academic activities (laboratories, seminars, roundtables and guided visits). Study projects were elaborated by students on voluntary basis individually or jointly within study groups within the “Maritime Passenger Transportation Law, Cruise and Tourism” course and the Jean Monnet Module EUTIMIST. They were independently drafted by students without supervision. They dealt with issues related to the Maritime and Air Passenger Transport Infrastructures, and Yachting Infrastructures, examining the relevant case law. The book encompasses student study projects devoted to examining the following topics: cruise terminal, mooring points, port passenger cruise fee, dry dock, yachting port concession, sub- concession, and airport. Study projects aimed at favouring a student’s critical approach and encouraging an interaction between students. Each study project is introduced by an abstract. The projects were presented in blended roundtables during the academic activities of the Jean Monnet Module EUTIMIST. They were also considered for the student’s final assessment.

La presente pubblicazione contiene progetti di studio svolti da studenti frequentanti le attività accademiche del Modulo Jean Monnet EUTIMIST - “EU Transport Infrastructures, Multimodality, Interconnection, Sustainability and Technology”, 2022-2025, cofinanziato dal Programma Erasmus+ dell’Unione europea (codice identificativo progetto: 101085129, ERASMUS-JMO-2022-Module). Il Modulo Jean Monnet EUTIMIST è collocato nel Corso di Laurea Magistrale “Economia e Management Marittimo Portuale” (LM-77) ed erogato presso il Dipartimento di Economia, Università degli Studi di Genova. Il Modulo ha introdotto lo studente secondo un approccio interdisciplinare e multidisciplinare alla conoscenza e all'analisi delle principali tematiche economiche, giuridiche, ambientali e tecnologiche connesse alla realizzazione, alla gestione, alla disponibilità e accessibilità delle infrastrutture di trasporto (aereo, ferroviario, marittimo, multimodale, stradale e sulle vie navigabili interne) che assieme alle applicazioni telematiche compongono la rete transeuropea dei trasporti (TEN-T), finalizzata a favorire l'interconnessione e l'interoperabilità delle reti nazionali dei trasporti degli Stati membri dell'Unione europea. Il Modulo è consistito in 48 ore di attività accademiche (lezioni) in modalità mista che sono state svolte da venti docenti, anche di altre Università italiane e straniere, in lingua italiana (in inglese a richiesta), in quattro sezioni: 1. Infrastrutture europee del trasporto - Diritto; 2. Infrastrutture europee del trasporto - Economia; 3. Infrastrutture europee del trasporto - Ambiente; 4. Infrastrutture europee del trasporto - Tecnologia. Inoltre, il Modulo è consistito in altre attività accademiche complementari (laboratori, seminari, tavole rotonde e visite guidate) che sono state anch’esse svolte in modalità mista o a distanza. I progetti di studio sono stati elaborati dagli studenti su base volontaria individualmente o congiuntamente in gruppi di studio nell’ambito dell’insegnamento di “Diritto del trasporto marittimo di persone, delle crociere e del turismo” e del Modulo Jean Monnet EUTIMIST. Tali progetti di studio sono svolti in autonomia dagli studenti senza attività di supervisione. Essi hanno affrontato questioni riguardanti le infrastrutture del trasporto marittimo e aereo di persone e le strutture dedicate alla nautica da diporto, esaminando la relativa giurisprudenza. Le tematiche affrontate sono le seguenti: stazioni marittime, punti di ormeggio, diritti autonomi dei passeggeri, darsene a secco, concessione demaniale di porto turistico, sub-concessione demaniale e gli aeroporti. I progetti di studio hanno favorito un approccio critico alle suddette tematiche, promuovendo la partecipazione attiva e interattiva degli studenti. Ciascun progetto di studio è introdotto da un abstract. I progetti sono stati presentati in occasione di tavole rotonde tenutesi in modalità mista nell’ambito delle attività accademiche del Modulo Jean Monnet EUTIMIST e sono stati considerati ai fini della valutazione finale degli studenti.
