During the three years of my Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Teresa Pellegrino and the co-supervision of Prof. Orietta Monticelli, my focus was mainly on the development of multifunctional magnetic nano-assemblies, including different well-defined nanoclusters using benchmark iron oxide nanocubes (IONCs). These platforms were designed, exploited, and characterized for their potential use in cancer theragnostic applications, including magnetic hyperthermia (MHT) therapy, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic particle imaging (MPI), bioimaging, and immune stimulation therapy.

Abstract
