The contribution examines the relationship between intellect, soul, and the first principle within the Platonic tradition, focusing on the themes of transcendence, unity, and the hierarchical structure of reality. Particular attention is given to the status of intellect in relation to the ultimate source of being and to the role of eternity within the intelligible realm. The texts illustrate different ways of conceptualizing the connection between unity, thought, and existence, as well as the articulation of the intelligible world. Overall, they highlight the progressive systematization of metaphysical and theological reflection in late Platonism.
