The present analysis aims at assessing the “state of the art” of regional legislation on the electoral matter, after more than twenty years of the reform of Title V of the Constitution. This work focuses, in particular, on some persisting issues that, for a variety of reasons, characterize the regions of Piemonte and Liguria, on the one hand, and Valle d’Aosta, on the other hand.
