It is proposed to identify in the onomastics of the signaculum CIL X, 8059,114 the signature of the consul of 200 ad. Ti. Claudius Severus Proculus (PIR2 C 1028), or more likely of one of his trustees, whose properties in the Apulian and Lucanian areas are ascertained; the hypothesis is put to the test by the chronicle reports of his discovery.
Si propone di identificare nell’onomastica del signaculum CIL X, 8059,114 la firma del console del 200 d.C. Ti. Claudius Severus Proculus (PIR2 C 1028), o più verosimilmente di un suo fiduciario, di cui sono accertate proprietà in zona apula e lucana; l’ipotesi è posta al vaglio delle notizie di cronaca riferite al suo ritrovamento.
