Prospettive della proprietà intellettuale nel rapporto fra impresa e beni

The relationship between the enterprise and intangible assets suggests some evo-lutionary perspectives of intellectual property. The present work investigates the role of the immaterial goods regulation in the field of the so-called ecosystem enterprise, in the relationship between social responsibility and endowment bias, in the development policies of innovative enterprises and in the Ethical AI debate.

La relazione tra l’impresa e i beni immateriali suggerisce alcune prospettive evolutive della proprietà intellettuale. Il presente lavoro indaga il ruolo della disciplina dell’immateriale nell’ambito della c.d. impresa ecosistema, del rapporto tra social responsiblity ed endowement bias, delle politiche di sviluppo dell’impresa innovativa e dell’Ethical AI.
