Abstract
Social networks give people the perception of being able to live in two parallel worlds, one real and one virtual. The coexistence of these two realities generates the fallacious belief in users that the two worlds are separate one from each other. The Author dispels this myth and underlines that on the contrary the connections are multiple. In particular, the analysis focuses on the interactions between the employment relationship and social networks when they are used by the worker as personal tools. In this regard, the Author wonders whether the provisions established by the privacy legislation and art. 8 of the Workers' Statute provide effective protection to the data that the worker shares on social networks| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
