Il difficile sviluppo delle fonti di energia rinnovabili in Liguria tra governance multilivello e normative a rapida obsolescenza

This paper aims to define the expected objectives and those achieved by the Liguria Region on the energy regulation front, with particular regard to renewable energy sources and CERs, highlighting the major critical issues and which, in fact, appear, at least in to a large extent, to reflect the similar difficulties found on the national and even European side in promoting and implementing a full and widespread diffusion of the same.
