Per i Big Data nella ricerca valutativa: una proposta operativa per la gestione del matching prodotto-revisore nella VQR

Moving from some of the critical issues which have distinguished the management of the matching output research-referee inside the VQR 2011- 2014, wanting to propose a possible solution that allows the improvement of the amount of the process of assignment, aiming at getting together the capa- bilities of the referee and the content of the output resources, thanks to the use of the textual analysis techniques applied to a big corpora composed of the texts of the publications/abstracts of the actors involved. The work is composed of a first part of introduction to the functionalities of the Big Data in a more general context of evaluation of the Italian university system; af- terwards, will be introduced the principal critical issues founded in the last exercise of VQR; finally, in the last paragraph, it will be proposed a proce- dure of textual analysis with the aim of providing univocal labels to both output resources exposed to evaluation, and those of the referee.
