Abstract
The management and exchange of information between the actors of the different phases of the knowledge and restoration process must be respectful of the peculiarities and singularities of historic buildings; it is indeed necessary to systemise information different in sources, level of detail and contents. Starting from the premise posed by art. 29 of Legislative Decree 42/2004, this research deals with the issue of the study of tools and methods that guarantee efficient data sharing to support the decisionmaking process and the planning of interventions shared with the various stakeholders. The paper illustrates the case study of Palazzo Belimbau in Genoa, owned by the University of Genoa since 2000. The building has been the subject of several diagnostic campaigns over the years, which was followed by the drafting of the final project for the restoration of the decorative apparatus of the monumental rooms. In 2019, the recently completed work on the first lot of the intervention programme for the complete reuse of the building began. In 2019, work began on the recently completed first batch of the programme to fully reuse the asset. As part of the PRIN2017 project, HPFC - Historic Preservation Foundation Classes, the possibility of storing and managing various data, including the 3D survey, in a central archive to which individual GIS and HBIM models can be linked was tested, evaluating their interoperability for the management of the various phases from the preliminary studies to the restoration work.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
